The core of the session involves a conscious connected breathwork practice, lasting between 10 to 45 minutes. Depending on the desired duration of the whole session.

4. Sound Bath, Meditation and Grounding

Each session ends with a soundbath which involves the playing of specifically tuned instruments for relaxation, meditation and grounding to establish a sense of calm.

5. Sharing and Integration

We encourage open forums for sharing experiences, followed by guidance on aftercare and integration.

6. Online Integration Sessions

Additional support is offered through online integration sessions for employees who require further assistance.
